The Queensland Government has announced that they will once again cover the cost of the flu vaccines for QLD residents this year. We charge a small clinic management fee for our time in setting up the clinic with you, but that fee may be waived depending on the number of vaccinations to be delivered.
Queensland Government continues its free flu vaccination program in 2025
We are thrilled to support the continuation of the free influenza vaccination program rolled out by the Queensland Government in 2025. This initiative is vital for the health of Queenslanders and will also help with reducing the pressure on the state’s healthcare system, including emergency departments and GPs.
This program will enable Queensland businesses to have onsite flu vaccination clinics for their staff at minimal-to-no cost. The cost of the vaccines is covered by the Queensland Government. We charge a small clinic management fee for our time in setting up the clinic with you, but that fee may be waived depending on the number of vaccinations to be delivered. Organise your flu clinic in 4 simple steps
Upon acceptance of our proposal, we’ll start our 4-step process to coordinate your clinic. We will keep in regular contact with you to help you stay on schedule and staff will receive email reminders and SMS alerts for their upcoming appointment.
Our Nurse Immunisers stay on site for 15 minutes after the last vaccination is administered in case your staff need them.
1. Confirm the locations of your clinic/s.
2. Confirm the dates & times for your clinic.
3. Review the date/s we offer for your clinic – we will always do our best to match the times and days you request.
4. Promote your clinic/s to your staff (email, posters, memos). Let staff book their own appointments online using the link we provide or allocate each staff member their appointment time for them.
