It’s official! We make workplace vaccination, easy, convenient and caring
We believe a successful workplace flu vaccination program is about more than delivering vaccinations. It’s about making the experience convenient and reassuring for every participant, while helping organisations protect their teams with minimal effort to coordinate or disruption to the working day.
As we reflect on the 2026 flu season, we’re proud to share some of the feedback we’ve received from the people who matter most: the employees who received their vaccinations and the program coordinators who helped make their workplace clinics happen.
Their feedback highlights what we strive to deliver every season: professional nursing care, seamless organisation, responsive communication and a positive experience from booking through to vaccination day.
A convenient way to protect workplace health
One of the strongest themes in this season’s feedback was convenience.
For employees, having a flu vaccination available at work or on campus removes the need to arrange a separate appointment with a GP or pharmacy. With straightforward online booking, scheduled appointments and efficient clinics, participants can access their vaccination without adding unnecessary travel or time to their day.
As one participant shared:
“Much appreciated! It is terrific to have this done at work in a matter of minutes. The nurse who was giving the vaccinations was lovely!”
Another commented:
“The appointment times are perfect, no wait, no fuss.”
Others highlighted the benefits of a quick, efficient process and the convenience of having their vaccination provided at no cost to them.
For organisations, this convenience helps make workplace vaccination more accessible to employees while reducing disruption to normal business operations. Our goal is to make it easy for people to take a proactive step towards protecting their health.
Professional, friendly and reassuring nurses
While convenience is important, the feedback we received made it clear that our staff are truly special.
Throughout the 2026 season, participants praised our nurses for their professionalism, kindness, patience and ability to create a calm, welcoming environment.
For people who experience anxiety around needles, a supportive approach can be especially important. One participant shared a particularly meaningful account of their experience:
“As a person with a needle phobia, Helen made me feel relaxed, didn’t rush me, acknowledged my fear and worked with me to get the job done. She was so patient.”
This feedback reflects the standard of care we aim to provide at every clinic. We understand that everyone arrives with different needs and comfort levels. Our nurses take the time to help participants feel heard, supported and at ease.
Another participant described their experience simply:
“The nurse was so professional, kind and caring, making the experience a really good one!”
From friendly conversations to gentle reassurance and efficient administration, our nurses help turn what can be an anxious experience into a positive one.
We’re incredibly proud of the care our nursing team provides and grateful to everyone who took the time to recognise their efforts.
Making life easier for program coordinators
Behind every successful workplace vaccination clinic is a coordinator working to organise schedules, communicate with employees and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Our feedback from program coordinators reinforced the importance of providing practical support throughout the entire process, not just on vaccination day.
Coordinators highlighted our online booking links, automated reminders, reporting systems, promotional resources and email templates as valuable tools for managing their programs.
One coordinator explained:
“Your technologies, systems, auto reporting, auto reminders, resources and staff are wonderful. I heavily used posters, email banner, images and the email templates. It was an incredible help when managing the roll out to site and made it smooth.”
We know that organising a workplace vaccination program is often just one of many responsibilities our clients manage. Providing ready-to-use resources and streamlined systems helps reduce the administrative workload and makes it easier to encourage employee participation.
Another coordinator described their experience working with our team:
“It is a friendly, professional and responsive service. They are well organised and we know what we need to do for each clinic held in our office.”
From the initial planning stages through to clinic delivery and follow-up administration, we aim to provide clear communication, practical guidance and dependable support every step of the way.
Reliable service, from the first email to the final vaccination
Consistency and reliability were also recurring themes in the feedback we received.
Program coordinators appreciated our team’s responsiveness, flexibility and attention to detail, particularly when coordinating clinics across multiple locations or accommodating different workplace requirements.
They highlighted how smooth appointment scheduling, friendly nurses and effective communication helped create a positive experience for both the organisation and its employees. Our flexibility, responsiveness and ability to manage multiple sites with minimal disruption to operations contributed to programs’ success.
This kind of feedback means a great deal to us. Workplace vaccination programs involve many moving parts, and we understand how important it is for our clients to feel confident that their clinics are in capable hands.
Whether we’re supporting a single-site business or a larger organisation with multiple locations, we work hard to deliver the same high standard of service.
A team effort that makes a difference
Our 2026 feedback also highlighted the contribution of the wider VaxWorks team.
While our nurses are the face of the service on vaccination day, our office and administration teams play an equally important role in ensuring each program is well organised and supported.
One coordinator praised the combined efforts of their assigned nurse and our administration team:
“Debbie was fabulous today – on time, efficient in her delivery, and most importantly, provided a pain free and enjoyable experience for our staff! Participants all came out with big smiles and praising her efforts. Huge thanks also to Lynne for taking care of all of the admin and setting us up for success.”
This is exactly the kind of experience we want to create: thoughtful preparation behind the scenes, professional care on the day and a process that feels easy for everyone involved.
We were also pleased to hear positive feedback from organisations using VaxWorks for the first time, including one client who described the service as professional, reliable and easy to work with.
Building long-term relationships with our clients is important to us, and we value the trust organisations place in our team year after year.
